At Storya, we want your order to arrive on time and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing and delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–8 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay due to high order volume or supply issues, we will notify you by email.

International Orders

Processing Time: 30–40 Business Days
Shipping Time: 40–55 Business Days
Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damages & Lost Packages

Storya is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged items when filing.
